The LocaliQ Account Manager role requires a highly personable individual who will serve as primary support for the Account Executive sales team. The incumbent will collaborate with multiple teams and advise upsell opportunities, assist in the creation of marketing presentation decks, and research relevant data and insights as it relates to opportunities. This role must have strong proficiency in communicating and presenting ideas to clients while leveraging the full portfolio of LocaliQ , the leading digital marketing company in the country: SEO, SEM, Social Advertising, Display, Website, Print and more. As an Account Manager, you will: Be equipped with the region’s best marketing services and solutions, empowering you to deliver support to the sales team and their clients Identify customer needs to develop and execute account plans and custom client solutions that differentiate LocaliQ from competitors Support the Account Executive team with pre and post-sale needs. Assist in problem solving as it pertains to billing, fulfillment, and processes. What you need to do to be successful in this role: Must be an organized individual with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly Assist in retaining, managing, and growing clients to build account revenue You will identify and understand market potential, develop and execute sales strategies across multiple platforms Have strong communication skills with the internal team and external clients Build presentations and proposals that tell the right story Conduct client check-ins, upsell/cross-sell accounts, and address client market share concerns Utilize CRM (Salesforce) effectively and efficiently recording activity What you bring to the table: Aptitude or acumen for Digital Marketing Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience Competitive nature and a winning team spirit Problem solver who thrives on challenges and can simplify the complex Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to continuously learn, try new things, and adapt to change Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook We offeran energized, passionate team within a fun&flexible workplace.
