ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises Utilities crew while performing duties of an Operator and/or Laborer. Organizes, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established timeframe following established guidelines and requirements. Reads and follows plans for digs and installation. Enforces and monitors all safety processes and procedures. Completes all necessary paperwork related to the job, including DOT and safety documentation, employees' timecards, and other required documentation. Other duties as assigned.
