As a Wheelchair Agent at Pittsburgh International Airport, you will be the vital link ensuring a professional and compassionate customer experience for passengers requiring assistance at all stages between the curb side and the aircraft.
In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for travelers needing mobility support. Your day will involve guiding passengers through the terminal, assisting with baggage handling, and physically supporting them as they board or deplane. Beyond the physical tasks, you are expected to embody our core values of safety and integrity, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of our organization.
