The Website Marketing Specialist serves as a strategic partner to the Marketing and Creative Services team, managing and improving the University's digital presence. This role is essential to supporting the University's brand, enrollment, and marketing goals by overseeing web content, digital platforms, and performance analytics. You will work closely with internal partners and inter-departmental teams to develop, test, and maintain the university's Content Management System (CMS), ensuring all digital touchpoints are user-friendly, engaging, and aligned with the institution's mission.
Day-to-day, you will drive engagement and inquiry generation by creating new sub-sites for programs and initiatives, optimizing content for search and online ad campaigns, and monitoring performance trends using tools like Google Analytics. The role also involves managing digital signage systems, creating online registration forms, and assisting with email marketing campaigns. Success in this position requires a commitment to the University's Christian, Catholic, and Benedictine mission, including supporting the ongoing implementation of Ex Corde Ecclesiae and fostering a culture of hospitality where all are received as Christ.
