About the Role
Solutions by Sanford is seeking a Traveling Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings. This role exists to bridge gaps in healthcare staffing while providing you with the opportunity to explore new environments and expand your clinical expertise. You will be the face of patient-centered care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
In this position, you will adapt quickly to new units, workflows, and facility policies at each assignment. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and IV therapies safely, and documenting care accurately in electronic health records. You will also play a vital role in educating patients and families on diagnoses and treatments, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
