Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct patient care in a high-acuity Level I Trauma emergency department
- check_circleAdminister and monitor continuous IV drips and telemetry for critically ill patients
- check_circleSupport neuro-medicine and neurosurgical patient populations including trauma cases
- check_circlePerform or assist with ESI triage assessment and prioritization of emergency patients
- check_circleCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver evidence-based emergency interventions
- check_circleManage patients with acute stroke, MI, seizures, sepsis, and trauma emergencies
Requirements
- verifiedActive RN license in North Carolina or valid Compact State license
- verifiedCurrent BLS certification
- verifiedCurrent ACLS certification
- verifiedCurrent TNCC certification
- verifiedDemonstrated experience in a Level I Trauma emergency setting
- verifiedProficiency with telemetry monitoring and IV drip management
Nice to Have
ESI Triage training or certification. Experience managing neuro-medicine or neurosurgical patient populations. Familiarity with acute stroke protocols and trauma management workflows.
