About the Role
The Transportation Lead role combines team leadership, scheduling, and hands-on driving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both managing people and staying active in day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in helping residents maintain independence by getting them safely to appointments, activities, and outings. This position is designed for a dependable and experienced leader who can coordinate transportation services while ensuring the safety and comfort of our senior population.

Requirements
- verified1–2 years of transportation or driver supervision experience
- verified1–3 years of driving experience with a clean record
- verifiedExperience operating vans, buses, carts, and vehicles with lifts
- verifiedValid Driver's License
