About the Role
As a team member at HomeGoods, your primary mission is to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. This role is dynamic; you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business. From accurately processing purchases and returns to promoting our credit and loyalty programs, you will play a vital role in upholding our merchandising philosophy and operational standards. Your efforts will directly contribute to a positive store culture and the safety and efficiency of our retail operations.

Location and Compensation
This position is located at our HomeGoods Store in Lenexa, KS (9650 Quiviura Rd). The starting pay range for this role is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including associate discounts, 401(k) contributions, medical/dental/vision coverage, paid parental leave, and more, subject to eligibility requirements.
