About the Role
The Team Leader MRI serves as a vital bridge between clinical operations and patient safety within our imaging department. This role exists to ensure the seamless coordination of patient flow while maintaining the highest standards of care for high-acuity individuals undergoing MRI procedures. You will not only oversee daily nursing operations but also cultivate a culture of continuous quality improvement and staff development.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and the Emergency Department to support comprehensive care plans. Your day involves mentoring staff, managing critically ill patients, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory protocols. By driving best-practice initiatives and leading team coordination, you will help shape a department that prioritizes both operational efficiency and patient well-being.
