About the Role
As a Team Leader MRI, you will oversee MRI services and provide leadership for our technologists. This on-site role is designed to coordinate workflow and ensure the delivery of exceptional care. You will supervise daily operations, optimize imaging protocols, and mentor staff while collaborating closely with radiologists, nurses, and emergency teams to prioritize and coordinate cases.
In this position, you will not only manage scheduling and workloads but also perform advanced MRI exams and troubleshoot equipment issues. Your commitment to patient-centered care will be evident as you communicate effectively with patients and families, explaining procedures and addressing concerns. You will also monitor quality metrics and lead initiatives to improve throughput and the overall patient experience.
