About the Role

As a Team Leader for MRI services, you will provide hands-on leadership to ensure the seamless execution of daily imaging operations. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and collaboration. You will be the anchor for the MRI team, overseeing staff scheduling, workflow management, and equipment readiness while maintaining the highest standards of clinical quality and patient experience.

In this position, you will work closely with radiologists, nursing staff, and the Emergency Department to prioritize studies and resolve complex cases. Your day will involve mentoring technologists, validating competencies, and driving process improvements to enhance throughput and safety. Beyond operational oversight, you will actively participate in complex exams, patient monitoring, and contrast administration, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects the core values of our organization.
