About the Role

As a Tax Associate – Retail On-Site, you will be the public face of TurboTax in your local community. This unique seasonal opportunity is designed for individuals who want to grow a client base while serving as a trusted advisor. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, leveraging our marketing support and state-of-the-art software to empower customers with full-service tax preparation and strategic advice.

Your day will involve a blend of proactive community outreach and personalized client service. You will engage with prospects to convert them into long-term clients, lead local events to make tax topics accessible, and provide hands-on assistance for complex tax situations. Whether interacting in-person or through video tools, your goal is to alleviate the stress of tax season, uncover deductions, and build lasting relationships that turn one-time transactions into multi-year partnerships.
