About the Team and Mission
Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Associates – Retail On-Site. This role is central to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World" by combining tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to help customers navigate their financial needs.
As a Tax Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor and a proactive community ambassador. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location to grow our client base, establish long-term relationships, and drive customer loyalty. By leveraging TurboTax marketing support and software, you will build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both yourself and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleProvide full-service tax return preparation for simple to complex situations
- check_circleCreate exceptional customer experiences through in-person and virtual interactions
Requirements
- verifiedState licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- verifiedActive Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- verifiedMinimum 3 years of paid experience filing 50+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season
- verifiedFamiliarity with Circular 230
- verifiedFull availability for 25–34 hour weekly schedule including evenings and weekends
- verifiedMust reside within the United States
- verifiedBilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- verifiedExperience in holistic tax advisory services
- verifiedProficiency with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
