Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Experts – Retail On-Site. This role is central to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World" by helping customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes. As a seasonal partner in our new TurboTax locations across the United States, you will combine tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve as a trusted advisor in your local community.

About the Role

In this unique position, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location to grow our client base and establish long-term relationships. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both yourself and the community. Your day-to-day involves serving customers both in-person and virtually, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

Beyond technical preparation, you will act as a proactive community ambassador. This includes representing TurboTax locally, engaging with new prospects, and leading local events to make tax topics accessible and approachable. You will connect with people on a personal level to alleviate the stress often associated with taxes, turning one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships. The role requires a business ownership mindset, encouraging you to drive customer acquisition through networking, canvassing, and themed marketing events.
