About the Role
Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Associates – Retail On-Site. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Tax Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
In this role, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, playing a key part in growing TurboTax's client base within the local community. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and your community. You will serve customers both in-person and virtually, using your tax expertise to provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support. Your ability to connect with customers on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress often associated with tax preparation.
Community & Culture
As a proactive community ambassador, you will enthusiastically represent TurboTax locally, serving as the public face of the brand in your neighborhood. You will engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients through proactive outreach. You will also lead local events, participate in marketing initiatives, and make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable for everyone.

Hiring Process
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range varies by location. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
