About the Role

As a Tax Associate – Retail On-Site, you will be the public face of TurboTax in your community. This unique seasonal role goes beyond simple tax preparation; it is about building long-term relationships and growing a thriving local business. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, leveraging our marketing support and state-of-the-art software to empower customers with personalized tax advice and solutions.

In this position, you will serve customers both in-person and virtually, handling everything from simple returns to complex business income situations. Your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress of tax season. You will act as a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects, leading local events, and making tax topics accessible and approachable. Whether you are uncovering deductions to maximize refunds or providing future tax planning advice, you will help turn one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.

Hiring Process
