Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Experts – Retail On-Site. This role is central to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World," combining tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to help customers navigate their financial needs. As a Tax Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while growing TurboTax's client base within the local community.

About the Role

In this unique seasonal position, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will act as the public face of TurboTax in your community, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty. Your day-to-day involves serving customers both in-person and virtually, leveraging TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that benefits both you and your community.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offering advice on simple to complex tax situations, including personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments. Beyond filing, you will facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and provide future tax planning advice. Your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress often associated with tax season.

This role requires a proactive approach to community engagement. You will lead local events, participate in marketing initiatives, and create accessible tax-related content to make the topic of taxes approachable for everyone. Whether through networking, canvassing, or themed learning events, you will be responsible for converting prospects into long-term clients.

Hiring Process

Candidates with an active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) and a valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) are encouraged to apply.
