As a Tax Expert, you will combine tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve as a trusted advisor in your local community.

About the Role

In this unique seasonal position, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will play a key role in growing TurboTax's client base by establishing long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty. This is not just a service role; it is an opportunity to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and your community.

You will serve customers both in-person and virtually, leveraging Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools. Your day will involve providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and calculations for simple to complex situations. Beyond the numbers, your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress many feel when tackling their taxes. You will act as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and making the topic of taxes accessible and approachable through local events and marketing initiatives.
