As a Strategic Growth Consultant, you will serve as an internal advisor to the senior leadership team, providing critical project management support and leading business planning initiatives. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between data analysis and executable strategy. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by developing proforma financial models, creating comprehensive business plans, and driving operational transformation recommendations.
In this capacity, you will act as a consultant to the leadership team, utilizing data analytics from diverse sources to guide process improvements and support key findings. Your work will involve creating detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and coordinating resources to ensure that strategic initiatives align with OU Health's overarching priorities. You will be responsible for developing consultant-style reports and presentations that communicate complex financial analyses and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
