The Driver Experience
Our specialized CDL-A drivers enjoy earning power that matches their skill, with top experienced drivers earning up to $150,000 per year. The role features extended runs built for stronger earning weeks, where drivers typically head home every 2-3 weeks while stacking serious miles and income before a scheduled reset. We offer nationwide freight across all 48 contiguous states with lanes designed to keep miles consistent.
We also believe in getting you started right. Drivers earn orientation pay, putting an extra $1,200 in your pocket as you get up and running. Beyond the road, we provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and a no-cost rider program.
