The Driver Experience This role offers earning power that matches your skill, with top experienced drivers earning up to $150,000 per year. Drivers earn 5-10% line haul and performance bonuses on top of a solid weekly base pay. Extended runs are built for stronger earning weeks, with drivers typically heading home every 2-3 weeks to stack serious miles and income before a scheduled reset. To get you started, drivers earn orientation pay, putting an extra $1,200 in your pocket as you get up and running. The position offers nationwide freight across all 48 contiguous states, with lanes designed to keep miles consistent.
