This role is built for drivers who want their earning power to match their skill level. Top experienced drivers earn up to $150,000 per year, combining a solid weekly base pay with 5-10% line haul and performance bonuses. The schedule features extended runs designed for stronger earning weeks, with drivers typically heading home every 2-3 weeks to stack serious miles and income before a scheduled reset.
We offer nationwide freight across all 48 contiguous states, with lanes designed to keep miles consistent. To support your transition, we provide orientation pay to help you get up and running quickly.
We provide coverage that backs you up, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with a company match and paid time off. On the road, we offer extras that matter, such as a no-cost rider program, toll tags, and a CAT Scale pass included at no cost. Additionally, our referral rewards program allows you to earn $3,000 per driver you refer, on top of your regular pay.
