Our specialized CDL-A drivers enjoy earning power that matches their skill level, with top experienced drivers earning up to $150,000 per year. Drivers earn 5-10% line haul and performance bonuses on top of a solid weekly base pay. Extended runs are built for stronger earning weeks; drivers typically head home every 2-3 weeks, stacking serious miles and income before a scheduled reset.
We believe in getting paid to get started. Drivers earn orientation pay, putting an extra $1,200 in their pocket as they get up and running. We offer nationwide freight that keeps you moving, hiring across all 48 contiguous states with freight lanes designed to keep miles consistent.
We provide coverage that backs you up with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match and paid time off. Extras that matter on the road include a no-cost rider program, toll tags, and a CAT Scale pass included. Additionally, we offer referral rewards that add up: earn $3,000 per driver you refer, on top of your regular pay.
