As a key leader in our culinary operations, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the kitchen at The Essex Resort & Spa. Your mission is to operate the kitchen in a profitable manner while upholding the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role serves as the bridge between the Executive Chef and the daily production floor, ensuring seamless execution of menus and efficient resource utilization.
You will be the driving force behind our team's development, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous learning. From training staff on sanitation protocols to maintaining rigorous inventory controls, your day-to-day impact ensures that every guest experience is exceptional. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to align daily production needs with our broader operational goals, stepping in to assist anywhere in the kitchen as required to maintain peak performance.
