We operate three connected brands: Rankings.io (a legal marketing agency), Personal Injury Mastermind (a media brand for PI attorneys, including PIMCON), and Chris Dreyer Co. (our founder's personal brand). Our team thrives in fast-moving environments where ideas are quickly turned into execution.
This is a Social Media Specialist role designed for someone ready to take full ownership of a vertical. You will be the engine behind our social presence, handling the day-to-day operations, scheduling, creation, engagement, and continuous improvement across all three brands.
While our Social Media Manager focuses on high-level strategy, creative direction, performance analysis, and stakeholder management, you will own the execution end-to-end. You should be equally comfortable behind a keyboard and in front of a camera. We aim to post more video content, and we need a Specialist who can execute briefs from our social strategist with their own creative spin, in addition to assets created by other departments.
The shape of this role involves contributing ideas and observations while maintaining proactive task creation, clear timelines, and clean handoffs. You will manage content pipelines, coordinate logistics for recording days, and ensure our audience quality remains high by monitoring for spam and impersonation.
We value a proactive ownership mindset where you see what needs to happen and run with it. We look for detail-oriented individuals who can work effectively with creative, opinionated personalities and front-line talent. We are committed to maintaining a high-quality audience and a clean, professional workflow across all our platforms.
