The Senior Manager of Instruction provides day-to-day administrative leadership to promote instructional excellence across JobTrain's career tracks and programs. In this hybrid role (requiring at least 2 days onsite), you will manage a team of vocational instructors across multiple training sectors. Your focus will be on instructor and curriculum development, educational technology, instructional support, and educational evaluation to ensure high-quality outcomes for our learners.
