About the Role
We are seeking a Senior ERP Systems Analyst to serve as the primary functional expert for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) and Factory Track within a multi-tenant cloud environment. This role is critical for supporting and enhancing enterprise business operations across Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Execution.
In this position, you will partner closely with business users and IT teams to troubleshoot complex ERP transaction and process issues. Your day-to-day involves recommending system and process improvements, documenting business requirements, and supporting ERP enhancements and integrations. The ideal candidate combines strong functional business knowledge with a technical understanding of the Infor CSI platform, Factory Track, and related technologies.

Requirements
- verified7+ years of hands-on experience with Infor CSI / SyteLine ERP
- verifiedExperience supporting Infor Factory Track in manufacturing and warehouse operations
- verifiedStrong functional knowledge across Finance, Manufacturing / Operations, Sales Order Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Inventory and Warehouse Management
