TheraPeds Partners is a therapist-owned and operated organization dedicated to partnering with schools to provide School Psychology services to PreK–12 students nationwide. We are seeking a School Psychologist to join our team for a full-time, on-site position at a school in Chestertown, MD. This role is designed for professionals passionate about working with students with special needs, offering a supportive environment where you can make a tangible impact on student outcomes.
In this position, you will serve as a vital link between students, families, and educators. You will provide therapy services, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) plans. The role emphasizes collaboration, requiring you to work closely with interdisciplinary teams—including therapists, educators, and parents—to support students according to their specific IEPs. You will also manage eligibility and diagnostic processes, ensuring that every student receives the appropriate level of care.
We offer manageable caseloads and guaranteed hours that include dedicated time for documentation, administration, and planning. You will benefit from dual support from both the school district and TheraPeds, ensuring you have the resources needed to succeed. This position covers the 2026-2027 school year (August through May) and serves PreK-12 grades.
