Johnson Controls is a global leader in thermal management, mission-critical building systems, energy efficiency, and decarbonization. For more than 140 years, we have delivered performance where it really matters. Within the Plan to Fulfill (PTF) team, this role guides SAP deployment and implementations from design to go-live. The position focuses on aligning SAP solutions with business needs, managing testing (UAT), creating documentation, training users, and ensuring a smooth transition to operations. Beyond initial deployment, you will drive the implementation of new improvements and processes in prior SAP deployments, supporting the team through selected challenges.
Success in this role requires strong project management, functional expertise, and stakeholder collaboration to drive standard, best-in-class processes. You will serve as a Change Agent, supporting the standardization of common processes and promoting their benefits across the organization. The role involves hands-on coaching and motivating end users, explaining how SAP enables end-to-end business processes, and maintaining focus and progress even in ambiguous situations.
This position offers flexibility as a hybrid role at our Glendale office or a virtual/remote position. Remote candidates must reside within the United States. We foster an encouraging and collaborative team environment with a dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy.
To support an efficient and fair hiring process, we may use technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help identify and evaluate candidates. All hiring decisions are ultimately made by human reviewers. We encourage exceptional candidates whose background warrants consideration beyond the typical profile to apply.
