As a Sales Account Executive, you will be the vital connection between Lamar and the communities we serve. Your mission is to bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas. You will use professional sales techniques to develop long-term advertising relationships that grow not only Lamar's sales but also our standing in the community.
A day in your life involves a dynamic mix of office work and field sales. You will target businesses in your assigned area, visiting established clients and competitors' accounts to identify growth opportunities. You will utilize our tools to locate prospects, prepare proposals, and present solutions to clients. Beyond selling, you will actively participate in sales meetings, regional seminars, and trade shows, while managing administrative duties like maintaining sales plans and resolving client production issues. This role is perfect for someone who understands the connection between marketing and sales and gets excited about every deal, big or small.
