About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Floor Associate to join our Homesense team in Newark, DE. In this role, you will be the face of our store, helping customers on the sales floor and ensuring a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Your day will involve processing furniture and rugs, and occasionally operating the register as a cashier. You will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business needs. This position requires a flexible schedule, with shifts running Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM, typically totaling 15-20 hours per week.
