About the Role
The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. This role is dedicated to maintaining Guest Services according to Company Standards while driving sales through active engagement, sign waving, and general housekeeping.
Day-to-day responsibilities include merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. The position requires physical activity, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds, with an expectation of standing or walking for 8 hours.

The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween is not your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who holds sole responsibility for your employment.
Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you regarding your employment by the consignment operator. The application you complete will be routed to the consignment operator for their consideration. If hired, the consignment operator is solely responsible for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures established by the consignment operator.
