About the Role

As a Maintenance Associate at The Westin Charlotte, you will be the ideal candidate if you are active, optimistic, and adventurous. You will play a vital role in maintaining the physical environment that supports our guests' wellness journey. Your day will involve fixing minor plumbing issues, performing miscellaneous repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.

Beyond technical tasks, you will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs. You will ensure adherence to quality expectations, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and foster positive working relationships with colleagues. This role requires physical agility, including reaching overhead, bending, and moving objects of varying weights, ensuring the property remains safe and functional for everyone.
