As a traveling RN, you will adapt quickly to new units, hospital systems, and workflows, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism in every assignment. Your day will involve collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will also coordinate with recruiters and credentialing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for each travel assignment.
