Solutions by Sanford, in partnership with Medical Solutions, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Traveler to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. Key Responsibilities

check_circlePerform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to condition changes
check_circleAdminister medications, IV therapies, and treatments accurately per provider orders
check_circleDocument assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly in the electronic medical record
check_circleCollaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
check_circleEducate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and discharge instructions
check_circleMaintain strict infection prevention standards, including PPE use and isolation protocols
check_circleParticipate in safe handoffs, shift reports, and interdisciplinary rounds to support care continuity
check_circleAdapt quickly to new units, hospital systems, and workflows while demonstrating professionalism
check_circleCoordinate with recruiters and credentialing teams to complete onboarding and compliance requirements

Requirements

verifiedActive, unrestricted RN license in state of practice (and/or compact license as applicable)
verifiedBLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
verifiedACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred or required depending on unit
verifiedAdditional unit-specific certifications such as PALS, NRP, or TNCC as applicable
verifiedMinimum recent acute care hospital experience in a relevant specialty
