About the Role
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nighttime team. This position is vital to our operations, ensuring optimal patient care and safety during overnight hours. You will be the primary point of contact for patients and their families during the night, managing the flow of care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Your day-to-day involves monitoring patient health and progress, rapidly responding to medical emergencies, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all healthcare laws and standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in educating patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home care strategies post-discharge.
