About the Role

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nighttime team. This position is vital to our hospital's continuous care model, ensuring optimal patient safety and well-being during overnight hours. You will be the primary point of contact for patients when the rest of the world is asleep, managing the unique challenges and rhythms of the night shift.

In this role, you will serve as a critical link between medical teams and patients, collaborating closely with doctors and fellow nurses to deliver comprehensive care. Your day-to-day involves not only clinical duties but also the vital task of educating patients and their families on treatment plans and home care strategies to ensure a smooth transition post-discharge. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and clear communication are essential to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
