The Retail Service Specialist is a vital support role for the Store Manager and Assistant Managers, ensuring excellence in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations. This position serves as the backbone of the showroom, leading team members to deliver exceptional service to both retail and professional customers.
You will step into a leadership capacity by assuming shift management responsibilities whenever the Assistant or Store Manager is absent. Your day-to-day involves supervising customer service levels, managing complex logistics like buy-online-ship-to-store transfers and special orders, and ensuring all merchandise is invoiced correctly before leaving the store. You will also be responsible for the security and operational integrity of the store, handling opening and closing duties, verifying deposits, and securing the building.
