About the Role

As a member of the HomeGoods team, your primary mission is to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with every guest, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This role is dynamic; you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business. From accurately processing transactions and promoting loyalty programs to initiating store recovery and ensuring safety awareness, you will play a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our shoppers.
