About the Role

As a member of the HomeGoods team, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. This role embodies our customer experience principles and philosophy, ensuring every interaction is engaging and positive. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

In this position, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers. Your day will involve accurately processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. You will actively participate in store recovery efforts to maintain organizational standards and support shrink reduction goals. Additionally, you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's dynamic needs.
