About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles. You will help maintain a clean and organized store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role may involve cross-training to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business needs. You will serve as a role model for customer experience practices, promote credit and loyalty programs, and ensure accurate processing of purchases and returns. Additionally, you will participate in store recovery, maintain safety awareness, and support shrink reduction goals to uphold the store's standards.
