We are seeking a Retail Insight Analyst to support retail clients in understanding and applying customer, product, and performance data to improve business decisions. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and retail decision-making, bridging the gap between customer insight data and the teams responsible for planning, buying, and merchandising.
You will work closely with retail partners across the United States and Latin America to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. A key part of your day involves communicating findings directly with clients in both English and Spanish, supporting their understanding of reporting tools and dashboards, and gathering feedback to refine analytics requirements. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insights that directly support the retail decision-making process.
