We are seeking an early-career Retail Designer to partner with our luxury beauty client toward the end of this year. In this role, you will collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Store Design teams to bring the client's brand to life. From concept to execution, you will translate ideas into visually stunning realities, encompassing everything from graphics and architectural design to 3D rendering and fixture creation.
You will work on a diverse range of projects, including shop-in-shops, free-standing stores, pop-up events, and trade shows. This position is ideal for a self-starter eager to dive into retail design and learn how to navigate matrixed teams. You will manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely completion while maintaining brand consistency across all touch-points.
This role functions in a hybrid capacity, requiring several days per week onsite at our client's location in midtown Manhattan.
Candidates with 1-2 years of prior experience working in a team environment are encouraged to apply. We look for individuals who can demonstrate the ability to work independently and proactively on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a dynamic team.
