About the Role
In this position, you will serve as a vital member of the healthcare team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal outcomes. Your day will involve delivering bedside nursing care, including IV therapy, catheter care, and wound management, while educating patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and self-care strategies. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate care, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and support seamless transitions. Flexibility is key, as you may adapt to varying facility procedures and float between units to meet the dynamic needs of our patient populations.
