Solutions by Sanford is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a dynamic environment. You will partner with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and case managers to coordinate and optimize patient care. Your day will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care while educating patients and families about their diagnoses, medications, and self-care strategies. You will also support the orientation of new staff and foster a collaborative environment across various units.
As a flexible contract nurse, you will adapt to varying facility procedures and patient populations, demonstrating professionalism when floating between units. This role exists to ensure seamless care transitions and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and infection control. You will be empowered to make critical clinical decisions, monitor patient status, and initiate appropriate interventions to support the well-being of those we serve.
