About the Role
As an EPES Regional Driver, you will partner with our operations team to deliver consistent freight across regional routes. This role is designed for drivers who value stability, competitive pay, and the ability to maintain a better work-life balance. You will operate late-model equipment featuring inverters and idle solutions, handling mostly no-touch customer freight with a 75% drop-and-hook rate.
You will be assigned a dedicated driver manager and have access to 24/7 support. The position offers consistent routes that help you plan your time rather than guess at it, with the flexibility of optional per diem pay and opportunities for breakdown, HazMat, and additional pay.
Hiring Process
To join our team, experienced CDL-A drivers must have a valid CDL-A license, be at least 21 years old, and possess either 1 year of verifiable experience within the last 3 years or 2 years within the last 5 years. Candidates must also demonstrate a stable work history. Selected applicants will participate in a paid 2-day orientation before starting their routes.
