This Quality Engineer II position is a 6-month assignment based in Draper, UT, focused on a critical operational milestone: supporting the movement of production lines between buildings. The role exists to ensure that manufacturing capabilities remain robust and compliant during physical relocation. You will partner closely with the project engineer lead to manage the transition, ensuring that all quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
In this position, you will be the guardian of validation and qualification integrity. Your day-to-day involves creating, executing, and reviewing the protocols and reports necessary to requalify manufacturing lines and inspection equipment. Beyond documentation, you will actively support process confirmation activities and handle the physical movement of portable equipment as needed. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor and hands-on execution to navigate the complexities of moving medical device manufacturing infrastructure.
