About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will plan, direct, and manage design and construction projects, ensuring that company goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters. You will serve as a central communication hub, collaborating effectively with clients, field staff, the estimating team, contractors, and management. Your work will involve providing internal and external coordination to ensure seamless collaboration with project partners and key stakeholders.

Success in this position is measured by completing projects within time and budget while meeting or exceeding stakeholder specifications. You will play a key part in enhancing Marsden's execution and agility by defining, delivering, and supporting project plans that drive our rapid growth and standardization across multiple sites.
