About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will plan, direct, and manage design and construction projects, ensuring that company goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters. You will serve as the central point of communication, collaborating with clients, field staff, the estimating team, contractors, and management to ensure internal and external coordination.

Your day-to-day involves partnering with the Estimation team to review project budgets, production timelines, and specifications to ensure accuracy. You will coordinate with the Drafting department, facilitate staff assignments to jobsites, and manage the purchasing of materials. You will also lead weekly Operations Meetings to address job costs, track project completion percentages, and manage change orders. Additionally, you will provide leadership and direction to Foremen to help develop their talent and skills, while documenting all project aspects via ProCore and official correspondence.

Measures of Success

Success in this role is defined by completing projects within time and budget while meeting or exceeding stakeholder specifications. You will enhance Marsden's execution and agility by defining, delivering, and supporting project plans that drive rapid growth and standardization across multiple sites.
