About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will plan, direct, and manage design and construction projects, ensuring that company goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedules and budgets.
You will serve as the central point of communication, collaborating with clients, field staff, the estimating team, contractors, and management. Your day-to-day involves providing internal and external coordination with project partners and key stakeholders, ensuring all details align with estimates and specifications while driving standardization and best practices across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePartner with Estimation team to review project budgets, timelines, and specifications
- check_circleCoordinate purchasing of materials and review weekly job costs and productive hours
- check_circleCommunicate with General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Vendors regarding project status
- check_circleCoordinate with Drafting department on drawing requirements and material needs
- check_circleFacilitate staff assignment to jobsites based on production and job specifications
- check_circleAttend weekly Operations Meetings to address job costs, completion percentages, and change orders
- check_circleUpdate leadership on known issues, delays, potential damages, and legal involvement
- check_circlePlan, direct, and manage design and construction projects within schedule and budget
- check_circleProvide leadership and training to Foremen to develop talent and skills
- check_circleDocument project aspects, meeting notes, and scope changes via ProCore and official correspondence
Requirements
- verified10+ years of demonstrated PM field experience in HVAC/Sheet Metal
